Spaghetti con i Datterini, Burratina e Basilico Fresco

- Datterini tomatoes washed and halved
- Fresh burrata cut into pieces
- Fresh basil leaves roughly chopped
- Spaghetti
- Salted water for boiling pasta
- Olive oil
- Garlic cloves
- Pecorino cheese grated (for serving)
- Additional fresh basil leaves for garnish
Step 1: Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
Step 2: While the pasta cooks, heat some olive oil in a pan and add garlic cloves to infuse the oil.
Step 3: Add the halved datterini tomatoes to the pan and cook until softened.
Step 4: Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the tomatoes.
Step 5: Turn off the heat, add the chopped basil and burrata pieces, and mix well.
Step 6: Serve with a sprinkle of grated pecorino cheese and garnish with additional basil leaves.
