Ingredients
  

  • Datterini tomatoes washed and halved
  • Fresh burrata cut into pieces
  • Fresh basil leaves roughly chopped
  • Spaghetti
  • Salted water for boiling pasta
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Pecorino cheese grated (for serving)
  • Additional fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
  • Step 2: While the pasta cooks, heat some olive oil in a pan and add garlic cloves to infuse the oil.
  • Step 3: Add the halved datterini tomatoes to the pan and cook until softened.
  • Step 4: Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the tomatoes.
  • Step 5: Turn off the heat, add the chopped basil and burrata pieces, and mix well.
  • Step 6: Serve with a sprinkle of grated pecorino cheese and garnish with additional basil leaves.
